Eastern Oracle AI collects the information you provide (such as your question, selected category, and optional email) to generate and store your reading link.

If users choose to enter an email address, it is used only to send the requested report or report link. Email is optional.

We use your email only to help you retrieve your report link and to send reading-related messages. We do not sell personal information.

We work with third-party service providers to deliver our service:

• AI Service Providers: We use AI platforms to generate your I Ching readings. Your question and reading data may be processed by these providers to generate the content.
• Payment Processors: We use PayPal to process payments. Your payment information is handled directly by PayPal and is not stored on our servers.
• Database Provider: We use Supabase to store your reading data securely.
